Two or more people can work in one Splinde budget at once. You see who else is in, and Splinde makes sure no two people edit the same thing at the same moment.

How does Splinde stop two people overwriting the same line at once?

Splinde holds one field for one person at a time, so a colleague's number is never replaced by yours and several people can price one budget together.

Access and roles

How do I make sure freelancers only see their own project?

Project membership controls what each person sees. Invite a freelancer to one Project and that is the only one they see, before they ever log in.

I'm adding people to the workspace. Who should be an Editor and who an Admin?

Make budgeters Editors and the one or two people who run the team, settings and billing Admins. Project membership then decides which budgets each person sees.

Can the service production work in this budget if they are not in our company?

Invite the service production into your workspace as a member and add them to the Project they work on. They open and edit the same budget as your team.
