Offer Documents
Turn the budget into a client-ready PDF
Turn the budget into the document the client reads, and keep it current as the numbers move. An Offer Document sits beside every budget: your own text around live budget tables, downloaded as a PDF on your letterhead.
These articles help producers send an offer that is not a spreadsheet. They cover keeping the offer in sync after the budget changes, showing a cost controller the composition behind each total, making the offer look like a SCoPE calculation, putting the project name and page numbers on every page, matching each client's format and fitting a cost overview on one page.
Create the offer
Every budget has an Offer Document beside it: your own text around live budget tables, downloaded as a PDF on your letterhead.
Every budget table in your Offer Document is a live view of the budget, so a changed rate is already correct in the offer. No rebuild needed.
The Cost Details block shows quantity, unit and rate per line, and Disclose AddOn decides which charges the client sees and which stay folded into the total.
Layout and format
Start from the free SCoPE GWA KVA Budget Template, then add the Classic Budget block, a cover and a footer so the offer reads the way the agency expects.
The header and footer bands hold three columns each and repeat on every page of the PDF, with real page numbers filled in when you download.
Set font, size and colour per heading level and choose what each table shows, then save it with the budget as a Workspace Template for the client's next job.
Fit a Cost Overview on one page with two levers: how deep the table goes and the text size in Document settings.
