A 25-day shoot needs a block per shooting day, and you build the day once. Build the first shooting day as a Section, copy that Section, and paste it as many times as the shoot has days. Every line, unit and AddOn inside the day comes along with each paste.
Copy and paste the day
Build day one as a Section, with every cost line it needs.
Click the Section header to select it. Selecting a Section selects everything inside it, and a bar appears at the bottom of the budget showing what is selected.
Press ⌘C or Ctrl+C, or use the copy button on the bar.
Press ⌘V or Ctrl+V. The copy lands directly after the day you copied, and the new copy becomes what is selected.
Press ⌘V again for the next day, and again. Each paste lands after the block you pasted last, so the days build downward in order.
The shortcuts act on the budget selection, so click the Section header, not a name box, before you press them.
Rename the days
The numbering on the left of each row is positional, so the days number themselves as you go. Every pasted block gets (Duplicate) appended to its name. Double-click each Section heading to give the day its own name, such as "Day 7". A short name on day one keeps the renaming quick.
Good to know
Duplicate is the second route. Select the block and press ⌘D or Ctrl+D, and the copy appears immediately with no clipboard step. Select the original and the copy together with Cmd-click or Ctrl-click and duplicate again, and the run doubles each round: two days, four, eight, sixteen.
Once the days exist, drag them into the order of the shooting schedule. The block moves with everything inside it.
