Versions, offers and reusable templates
How one budget becomes several versions and a client document. A Scenario is a full, independent version beside Main, an Offer Document is the client-facing page that reads the budget live, Budget Blocks are its live tables, and a Budget Template lets the next job start from a proven structure.
An Offer Document is the client-facing page that lives beside a budget and reads its numbers live.
A Budget Block is a live table of budget data placed in an Offer Document that updates as costs change.
A Budget Template is a reusable starting budget you create a new budget from instead of rebuilding the structure.
