Build alternative versions of the same job as scenarios: a four-day and a five-day shoot, a different shooting plan with its own overtime, and carrying on from the version the client approved.
Yes. Add Scenario copies the whole budget into another column in the same editor, so a four-day and a five-day version stay live side by side.
Rename the approved scenario so everyone reads it as the plan, keep working in its column, and branch from it with Add Scenario.
Yes. Build the alternative plan as a scenario, change the days and the Overtime there only, and read the difference in that column's header.
