Send the client a document instead of a spreadsheet. The Offer Document wraps your own text around live budget tables, stays correct when the budget changes, and can show a cost controller the quantity, unit and rate behind each total.
Every budget has an Offer Document beside it: your own text around live budget tables, downloaded as a PDF on your letterhead.
Every budget table in your Offer Document is a live view of the budget, so a changed rate is already correct in the offer. No rebuild needed.
The Cost Details block shows quantity, unit and rate per line, and Disclose AddOn decides which charges the client sees and which stay folded into the total.
