Sign in to Splinde with Google and switch on 2-Step Verification in your Google Account. From then on, every Splinde sign-in goes through Google's second factor, such as a code on your phone or a security key.
Splinde uses your Google Account's settings for this, so your team protects Splinde with the same security they already use for email and calendar.
Set it up
In your Google Account, open the security settings and switch on 2-Step Verification. Google guides you through adding your phone or a security key.
Sign in to Splinde with Sign in with Google.
Google now asks for the second step whenever it needs to confirm it is you, and Splinde opens once Google has confirmed.
For the whole team
Ask each colleague to switch on 2-Step Verification in their own Google Account.
If your company uses Google Workspace, your IT admin can require 2-Step Verification for every account in the company. That covers Splinde sign-ins too.
Invite colleagues with their company Google address, so their sign-in follows your company's security settings.
Good to know
Splinde applies whatever two-factor settings each person's Google Account has. Turning it on is a decision for each person or for your Google Workspace admin.
When someone leaves, remove them from the Splinde workspace as well as from your company's Google accounts.
