Where do I see our plan and how many seats we use?

Open Settings and then Plan & billing to see your workspace's plan and how many seats are in use. The seat count is split into members and pending invitations, which is exactly the figure to plan with.

Plan & billing is part of the Administration area and is shown to workspace Admins.

Find it

1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and open Settings.

2. Under Administration, open Plan & billing.

You see the plan the workspace is on and the seats in use.

How seats are counted

• Members each use one seat.

• Pending invitations use a seat from the moment they are sent, until the person joins or declines.

• Removed members free their seat at once, so one seat can carry a run of freelancers across the year.

Plan around it

• Invite people when their booking is confirmed, so seats go to the people who are working.

• When a job wraps, remove the freelancer in Team to free the seat for the next one.

• The number of seats is chosen at checkout. The plans and what they include are at https://www.splinde.io/pricing.

Good to know

• Invoices, your card and your VAT ID are handled in the billing portal, linked from the invoice articles below.

• Editors work in budgets without needing to see billing, which keeps the settings focused on what each person does.
