Can I print the budget itself rather than a client offer?

The production meeting needs the working budget on paper: every chapter, every line, every rate, with no cover page in the way. Build a document that carries only the Classic Budget block, then click Download PDF. You get a clean printout of the whole budget, and it stays current because the block reads the budget live.

Build the print layout

Open the document pane and clear the text above and below the budget: no headline, no cover paragraph, nothing in the zones before and after.
Make sure the Classic Budget is on the page. It mirrors the budget chapter by chapter. If it is missing, drag it in from Insert → Document, under Budget Blocks.
Click the block, then Settings on the blue frame. Turn on Show Cost Items and Show Prize per Cost Item so every line and its rate prints, rather than chapter totals alone.
Leave Hide empty Cost Items off for a working copy. A blank line is a line somebody still has to price.
Under Disclose AddOn, turn on the AddOns you want itemised. They print as subtotals, which gives the meeting the full picture behind each total.
Pick the scenario you want on paper from the scenario chips at the top left of the document pane: Main, or the scenario you are discussing.
Click the cloud icon at the top right of the document pane, tooltip Download PDF, and print from your PDF viewer.

Good to know

The PDF is A4 portrait. Read it once on screen before you print, as you would any final copy.
A long budget takes a moment to render. One click on Download PDF is all it needs.
The printed block follows the typography you set under Document settings → Design, so a larger Font Size for body text makes a more readable meeting copy.
