Units and labels
Billing units and spend by category
Price a position per week instead of per day with the unit picker, and tag lines with Labels to total spend by category, for example freelancers, across every chapter. Read each label's total in Smart Subtotals.
Click the unit label above the middle number on a Cost Item, search Week, and that line is priced per week while the rest of the budget stays in days.
Label the lines, then read each label's total in the Labels block of Smart Subtotals, or give the client a Group by Labels block in the Offer Document.
