How do I change my name or profile picture?

Open Settings and then Your Profile to change your name and profile picture. Each change saves as soon as you click out of the field, and your team sees it next to everything you work on.

Your name and picture are how colleagues recognise you in a shared budget and in the team list, so it pays to keep them current.

Change your name

1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and open Settings.

2. Under Preferences, open Your Profile.

3. Edit First Name or Last Name.

4. Click anywhere outside the field. The change is saved.

Change your profile picture

1. In Your Profile, click Upload Picture, or Replace Picture if you already have one.

2. Choose an image from your computer. A small square photo or logo works best.

The new picture appears in the team list and in the avatars your colleagues see while you work in a budget.

• Delete Account, if you ever want to close your account for good.

Good to know

• Your profile follows you across every workspace you belong to, so one change updates all of them.

• The workspace name and logo are separate from your profile. They belong to the workspace, not to you.

• Use your full name. In a busy budget, a first name alone can be ambiguous.
