Group Related Labels Together

When your labels start to multiply, Label Groups keep them organized. Bundle related labels under one group — with shared color coding — and assign one label from the group per cost item at a time, so there's never any ambiguity about which one applies. Dissolve a group later and its labels simply become standalone again, with nothing lost.

Labels aren't just visual — they're useful. Smart Subtotals now includes a dedicated Labels section, rolling up exactly how much of your budget falls under each label (and each group), updating instantly as you assign and remove them.
