For us, casting is a central part of the project. We attach great importance to reflecting a cross-section of Germany in the cast – different age groups, backgrounds and ethnicities.

We’ve supercharged the Document Preview into a fully-fledged editor. You can now insert custom text blocks—like detailed paragraphs and structured headings—directly between your budget sections. This allows you to add context, terms, or personalized messages to your offers without ever leaving the app. Everything stays perfectly in sync; as your budget values change, your document updates in real-time.

A Reimagined Calculation Experience

The heart of Splinde has a brand-new look. We’ve completely redesigned the cost item interface to be more compact, readable, and focused. With a refined font and optimized vertical spacing, your budgets now feel more expansive and less cluttered, even as they grow in complexity.

Numbers That Speak for Themselves

Precision is key, but so is clarity. Our updated number formatting ensures that every figure is presented perfectly. Currencies now automatically display with two decimal positions and clear separators, while other numbers adapt intelligently to how you type them. Whether you're looking at a high-level summary or a granular line item, your financial data has never looked more professional.

Professional PDF Exports

When you’re ready to share your work, Splinde is ready too. Our improved export tool generates beautiful PDF documents that preserve all your custom formatting, headings, and styling. Your exported files now even include your project name and the current date automatically, making your client-facing documents look polished and organized.

Improvements & Fixes

• Pristine Editing Environment: The editor background is now a clean, crisp white, providing better contrast and a more focused workspace.

• Intelligent Summary Logic: We’ve ensured that your carefully written summary texts now carry over perfectly when you create a new budget from a template.

• Polished Templates: Fixed a font inconsistency in the template creation modal to ensure a seamless and elegant experience.

• Smoother Calculations: Updated the animated total in the sidebar to be more stable, preventing the currency symbol from jumping during recalculations.

• Enhanced AddOn Flexibility: We’ve refined the color logic for AddOns to improve readability and differentiability across your budget structure.

• Dynamic Document Blocks: You can now move, edit, and delete custom text blocks with ease, giving you total control over your document's layout.
