If you work on budgets and documents alongside teammates, this one's for you. We closed out a long list of issues where simultaneous editing could cause changes to go missing, formatting to fall out of sync, or one person's cursor to accidentally block someone else's work. Presence indicators — the little avatars showing who's where — now track accurately and clear properly when someone leaves. The result: editing together finally feels as smooth as editing alone.

A Steadier Editor

We squashed a handful of frustrating editor bugs: typed text no longer gets lost while the app is saving in the background, the cursor no longer jumps away mid-sentence, and a few specific actions that could previously freeze or corrupt a document have been fixed for good.

Improvements & Fixes

• Fixed several issues where dragging, cutting, or duplicating more than one cost item at a time could fail or only affect part of your selection.

• Duplicating a cost item now correctly carries over its labels and currency.

• Selecting an item in one scenario no longer leaves a stale selection active in another.

• Moving between fields on a cost item no longer drops your cursor focus unexpectedly.

• Fixed a crash that could occur while editing a budget's start or end date.

• Resolved a visual issue where selected sections and labeled cost items didn't render quite right.

• Corrected a mismatch between a plan's configured budget limit and the limit actually enforced.

• Budgets created from a demo or an Excel import now appear correctly in your budget list.

• Duplicating a budget now shows clear feedback instead of appearing to do nothing.

• A newly created workspace is now automatically set as your active one.

• Fixed the cursor jumping unexpectedly while typing an email address to invite a teammate.

• Section reordering in the sidebar now keeps working correctly after creating a scenario.

• Public templates now appear reliably in the Template Gallery for everyone.

• Restored the "Add Variable" option when a scenario or variant is selected.

• Fixed a confirmation window that could reappear unprompted after a successful batch deletion, and made batch deletions reflect instantly in the editor.
